To coincide with the release of “The Sound Of White”, Missy will be doing a handful of instore performances for independent music stores.
Dates/places/times are as follows:
Sunday 5/9 – 1pm – Queen St Mall, Brisbane (in association with ROCKINGHORSE)
Thursday 9/9 – 5pm – HUM, King St, Newtown, Sydney
Friday 10/9 – 4pm – GASLIGHT, Bourke St, Melbourne
Thursday 16/9 – 5.30pm – BIGSTAR, Rundle St, Adelaide
Saturday 18/9 – Noon – 78’S, Hay St, Perth
Around these instore dates Missy will also be performing at a small pub venue in each of these five cities. Tickets for these intimate shows will not be available to anyone for sale however we have a double pass to give away for each of these dates. To enter just send ONE email to competition@www.missyhiggins.com. Please enter your city in the “subject” line of your email then enter the name of the second song on the “Scar EP”. (For legal purposes we now have to say that this is a game of skill and the offer is not open in States where it breaches any law.) To give every entrant an equal opportunity, any person who is found to have entered more than once will be disqualified. We will announce the winners of this competition on this site and will contact the winners directly by Friday September 3rd.
If you’re interested in attending one of these ‘winners only’ gigs you should check out your local street press and radio stations because some other tickets will be given away in media competitions. Also, some retailers will have limited quantities of these tickets to give to people who pre-order an album via their stores.
