Missy Higgins to appear on The Sound this Sunday Aug 23 at 5:30pm on ABC!

Did some (lock-down approved!) filming today for the amazing new ABC music show The Sound 5:30pm this Sunday, have you guys watched it? It’s on Sunday nights, or on iview catchup, and is some seriously great television showcasing a huge range of our country’s talent, all performing in very different, unconventional venues around Australia. All totally isolated. Very cool. I got to shoot my song in my home while the kids were banished to the garage. It took me 3 hours to scrub the grime off myself and get polished enough to be presentable to the world. It’s been a while. Look, I’m pretty happy with the result but god I’m happy not to have to do that every day, how would I get anything else done? I forgot to take my slippers off for the shoot too, oh well.
